In this new generation of gaming, publishers are relentlessly coming up with their intriguing marketing ideas to mesmerize their fans with every upcoming release of their AAA titles. As we saw how Microsoft publicized Halo 5 with their frequent TV commercials, having branded products in offerings alongside with games has always been a common practice in the world of gaming.
With the release date of Fallout 4 coming close, Bethesda Softworks has announced the selling of their unique Nuka-Cola Quantum drink together with the Fallout 4 copies starting November 10. As we know, this bluish drink which was an in-game powerup in Fallout 3 that used to give us +20 action points for four minutes will be available exclusively at Target stores at $2.99.
This promotional drink is a result of the tie up with the Jones soda company who is actually handing out a refined version of their existing berry lemonade flavor. This announcement was officially made in Bethesda's official Twitter account.
The unique flavoured drink will be only available at Target stores and for those who don't have local Target nearby can avail it at its online store. Not only Nuka Cola Quantum, Bethesda has also announced their Fallout beer a few days back after partnering with Carlsberg brewery which will be available on November 5 in UK. Thus, it looks Bethesda is trying its luck with these special drinks and having a sip at it is worth it, isn't it?
Heads Up
Fallout 4 will be available for Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and PC on November 10. This upcoming open world action role playing game is in development by Bethesda Game Studios and will be the fifth major installment in Fallout series.
